Neon Phoenix was born from a personal journey of resilience, reinvention, and a passion for true wellbeing. After decades in the drinks industry and a global career in spirits and hospitality, I made the bold choice to stop drinking, reclaim my health and shift my focus to nutrition and wellness.


Through rebuilding from the inside out, I've seen firsthand how nutrition, mindset, and simple daily changes can spark powerful shifts in wellbeing for yourself and your family. I discovered how many people wanted to feel better but didn’t know where to begin. That’s why Neon Phoenix exists, to make transformation simple, accessible and sustainable.


With a blend of practical nutrition coaching, effective supplement stacks and re-shaping everyday habits, I help people feel stronger, think clearer, and live brighter. Whether your goal is to fuel performance, support your mindset, or simply feel more like yourself again, I’m here to guide you and make the journey enjoyable.
