8. Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of supplements and powders, returns cannot be accepted once opened or unsealed. You may cancel a subscription anytime with at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Once a shipment is dispatched, cancellation applies from the following cycle. Coaching services may be cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period unless sessions have already commenced.
